It is an introduction to using line charts and can be used as a teaching tool as well as individual practice chart preparation. The on-screen annotation tools allow you to draw and make notes as required. The chart is drawn dynamically and the data points can be manipulated by hand. It is a great resource to familiarise students with basic charting.
