Laminário virtual: Organelas

Synopsis: In this slide collection you can observe the main organelles observed by optical microscopy, listing the different types of dyes needed to highlighting them in the cells. We will also relate the cell type with the amount of organelle and the distribution of this according to the cell type observed. The pictures were taken by an optical microscope with 200x to 1000x increases.
