Synopsis: Episode Literary categories program, displayed by the Virtual Library of Portuguese Language Students (BibVirt) presents the "Recurring themes in literature" series, with the theme novels. Discusses the work "Don Quixote" by Miguel de Cervantes, who inspired plays, operas, ballets, films, programs and cartoons. Cites artists: Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso and Candido Portinari, who tried to shape the character of Cervantes. It also mentions that Monteiro Lobato wrote "Don Quixote for children", told by Dona Benta.
