Synopsis: Presents episode Decanting the Republic, a political and historical inventory of modern Brazilian popular song, which portrays some of the trajectory of the singer and composer Caetano Veloso in music festivals that occurred during the military dictatorship in Brazil. It can also be heard the song "It is forbidden to forbid" sung by Caetano Veloso in 1968 Music Festival.
